UPDATE: This little boy has been found. He was missing for 5 days but I got word that he is safe now.

Friends -
It has been a long time since I have posted something and I wish this were a post about us or about Libby. However, a colleague in the school system that Tricia works in has had what could only be described as a parent's worst nightmare - her son is missing and was abducted by his father. I know that we've got readers from coast to coast, so please help spread this around so that this young man can be returned to his home here in Missouri.

This is a sample of the email that Tricia received:
Hello all, An employee has had her child abducted by his father. Her name is Jennifer Brooks. Her son, Avery, has been missing since Monday night and we are asking for help. We know that he has left town, and we are asking if anyone leaving town for Spring Break would consider taking some fliers with them and posting them on their way. The police, FBI, and media are currently working on this but time is of the essence. They are not issuing an Amber Alert, so this would be a good way to spread the word and get people looking for Avery. He is 8 years old, 41 pounds and 51 inches tall.
