All good things come to an end...

Well, today is my last official day of Spring Break. We have about 9 1/2 weeks of school left. It's always harder to get through the last few weeks after spring break but without it, I'm not sure I'd survive at all.

We spent the last few days in Blandinsville, IL visiting some friends (which is a town of about 800 people so we made it 803 while we were there) . It was a very enjoyable trip. Libby LOVED their dogs and one of their cats so much. I think she's trying to figure out why our pets don't seem to love her as much as their pets did. I think to their pets she was somewhat of a novelty. She would just crawl around saying "cat, cat, cat" to all the animals. We've heard her say doggie but I think cat is just easier.

I'm always feel somewhat in awe in a small town. I've never lived in one so I really don't understand small town life. I guess I really don't understand what people do for fun or what you do if you run out of contact solution one day if you weren't planning on going into the bigger town for groceries or something. I guess you just have to plan ahead more than I'm used to. Blandinsville (or B-Ville) was very cute and we enjoyed our stay but I do not think we'll be moving there anytime soon. But Rich and Shan, we do want to visit some more!!

We did get two pretty cool pictures (at least we thought so) on our way home of some storm clouds coming through.
