Big Sister Prepares

Libby is starting to get excited for her new baby sister. I doubt she has any idea that it'll still be 4 more months until she joins our family. We're about 99% sure that the baby's name will be Brynn Logan and Libby has already started calling her sister by name. She's wanted to pick out toys and clothes for her also. It's all very thoughtful of her.

We have some snow on the ground right now and Libby won't walk in it because she's afraid she will fall. So, I have to carry her into her sitter's house. This morning I asked her what would happen if I fell? She thought I was joking because she said that couldn't happen. I told her if I fell then Libby, Mommy and Brynn would get hurt. She was most upset that Brynn would possibly get hurt - but still made me carry her!

All in all, we're getting pretty excited about adding another little girl to our house. I guess Mike's dreams of having boys to play sports with are looking less likely. Good thing girls can still play and watch sports! Libby likes to watch some sports but is really all girl. She's into art, dolls, and loves to look pretty. We just have a feeling if we have more kids that we're going to end up with a house full of girls - which means lots of glitter, sparkle, and pink! I personally don't think that's a bad thing at all!!
