Dance Dance Dance

Libby had her first dance recital last night. She was great! We have video of it but are having some technical difficulties with our camera. We don't have the right cords to upload video right now and we don't have the right connector on our computer to connect to it either. BOO! We also have video of Brynn walking that we can't upload right now. Oh well, back to the recital.

Libby danced to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. She looked adorable! There were 13 little girls up on stage all dressed in pink sparkly outfits dancing their little hearts out. It was so great! Libby LOVES her dance class and wants to continue to dance next school year. I love that she wants to take dance. It's not much of a secret if you know me that I wish I had taken dance. Well, I DID take dance... when I was about 4 and that was it. I wish I had stayed in dance. So, I'm living through my little girl just a little bit. But anyway, I loved her recital so much that I'm already looking forward to the next one!

This is the perfect attendance trophy that she was given at class about a week ago. She has taken it to school, the store, restaurants, you name it. She will show it to everyone and tell them all about it. She is so proud.

On a side note... Yesterday I said something about MY blog to Mike and he got upset saying it was OUR blog. I pointed out that since he doesn't post, I think it's MINE. Maybe that will prompt him to post more.... Doubtful but who knows... Maybe he'll surprise me.
